Danna Niessner is a Certified Yoga Teacher and founder and owner of Yoga Without Ego LLC in Pedricktown, New Jersey. For Danna yoga is not necessarily about the power of the physical movements, it’s more about taking time to connect with your true self. It’s more about making your practice a moving meditation, taking a journey within and loving what you find! She believes that in order to have a strong healthy body you must first begin with a strong healthy mind and spirit.

A lifelong resident of Salem County and resident of Pennsville Township, Julie Acton has the distinct honor of serving as Freeholder Director for the past three consecutive years. Julie has served as a member of the Salem County Freeholder Board since 2007.
After working in Business Management and Information Technology field for almost 20 years, Cheri needed a change. She had discovered her passion for art in college and spent years working mostly with snow and sand sculptures, then added acrylics and painting glass. Cheri combined her love of business with her passion for art, and opened Uncork Your Art to be able to share this joy with others.
Jae’ Jones is an award winning full-time Realtor ® who has been making her client’s dream a reality for over 9 years. Specializing in buying, selling, and investing in the Media, Society Hill, Art Museum, Chestnut-Hill- Mt. Airy, and Center City Philadelphia’s real estate market. She takes great pride and specializes in finding first time home buyers the right home for them in the quickest time possible and with easy financing, often with no or low down payments. Jae’ truly understands and is an expert at educating her clients so they can make the best decisions for their needs.

Carly Melchert graduated Rowan University with a BA in Health Promotion and Fitness Management in 2014. In order to complete her degree Carly was interested in an internship with a non-profit organization where she could pair her public health knowledge with her fundraising interest.
Peg Marshall has been the Executive Director of Meals on Wheels of Salem County since September 2009. Meals on Wheels of Salem County’s mission is to provide daily nutritious meals and the comfort of friendship to homebound senior and disabled residents of Salem County, NJ. The program delivers about 40,000 nutritious meals annually to 200-300 homebound residents through a network of more than 250 volunteers.
Dr. Alicia Gower
A native of New York, Dr. Alicia Gower graduated from New York Chiropractic College (NYCC) in 2005 with a Doctor of Chiropractic degree. Prior to this, Dr. Gower received a Bachelors of Science degree in Clinical Science from Keuka College. During her final year at NYCC, Alicia married Michael Gower at their alma mater Keuka College’s Norton Chapel. Following graduation, the Gowers moved back to Michael’s childhood hometown area of Salem County, New Jersey.
Dr. Alicia Gower has over ten years of experience treating patients in Pennsylvania and Delaware. When she received the opportunity to establish her own practice in 2015, Dr. Gower returned to her hometown area in order to help her friends and neighbors and opened Gower Family Chiropractic in Pennsville, NJ.
Dr. Gower has extensive experience treating all ages, but she enjoys a special interest in prenatal care. She has taken multiple advanced education courses in addressing the specific needs of pregnant mothers and pediatric patients.
Joan Romeo has extensive experience teaching and coaching parents in essential parenting skills and practices needed for successfully raising children and teens.
Her commitment and dedication to parent education began as a result of her own desire to be the best parent she could be for her two daughters and grew into a passion for making a positive impact on families.
Joan has certifications in parent education, parent coaching and personal life coaching in addition to experience teaching character education programs that encourage children to believe in themselves, their talents and their dreams while facing life’s challenges.
Her work has since evolved into the areas of work-life balance and stress-management for busy Moms who want to reduce stress and overwhelm while creating more ease, balance, and fulfillment in their work and family life.
